Subject:                       COMPLIANCE PLAN FOR THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS, AND VULNERABLE ADULTS

San Martín de Porres Parish commits to joining other organizations in the Diocese of Tucson in our collective commitment to protect the children, adolescents, and vulnerable adults. 

I hereby attest that the following is the San Martín de Porres plan for compliance with the Diocese of Tucson’s Code of Conduct, and the Guidelines for the Prevention of and Response to Sexual Misconduct in support of that common commitment.   

I further attest that I will personally review this plan as circumstances change, but at least once per year, no later than thirty (30) days after the beginning of the Diocesan fiscal year to ensure that all information is correct and updated. I also attest that all information will be maintained and ready for review by the Diocese of Tucson department of Human Resources and the Office of Child, Adolescent and Adult Protection or other competent authorities.
